<![CDATA[Dam Raman Tourism has local potential that can be developed as a tourist destination as well as a space for social and economic activities for the surrounding community. However, tourism development requires not only physical facilities but also community involvement, awareness, and a sense of ownership. This Community Service Program aimed to increase community participation in the development of Dam Raman Tourism through the utilization of local potential by considering a psychological perspective in the community empowerment process. The program was conducted for 39 days, from July 13 to August 20, 2026, using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach through observation, interviews, problem identification, awareness-raising, and implementation of solutions with community partners. Data were obtained through interviews with five informants and analyzed descriptively and qualitatively. The interview results showed that 20% of informants frequently visited Dam Raman, 20% learned about the area through social media, 20% stated that the area was less crowded on ordinary days, 20% hoped that Dam Raman would become more crowded and developed, and 20% of informants who worked as vendors reported an increase in income following the arrival of KKN students and expressed hope that promotion of Dam Raman would continue. The program produced one tourism identity sign and three waste bins as supporting facilities. From a psychological perspective, community involvement in problem identification and solution implementation can strengthen a sense of ownership, participation, and confidence in contributing to tourism development. Thus, empowerment that integrates physical, social, economic, and psychological aspects can serve as an initial step toward developing Dam Raman Tourism in a more participatory and sustainable manner.]]>
