This study examines the digital transformation of Islamic philanthropy through ZIS management on the jogjanucare.id platform. Using a descriptive qualitative design, the study analyzes public platform content, institutional reports, policy documents, and relevant literature through qualitative content and thematic analysis, guided by Everett M. Rogers’ Diffusion of Innovations theory. The findings map the platform’s documented functions onto the knowledge, persuasion, decision, implementation, and confirmation stages of diffusion, with technological accessibility, institutional trust, and social-religious legitimacy emerging as key contextual foundations. The study contributes a document-based interpretation of digital ZIS management while emphasizing the need for empirical research to assess user adoption, efficiency, access, donor behavior, and social impact
