Abstract

Pemberdayaan merupakan suatu upaya seseorang maupun kelompok masyarakat untuk meningkatkan dan kemandirian sehingga dapat mengaktualisasikan potensi yang sudah dimiliki. Untuk manusi yang berperan sebagai pelopor perubahan dimanapun keberadaannya. Sehingga, perlu adanya peningkatan kualitas hidup sumber daya manusia. Pelaksanaan kuliah pengabdian masyarakat daring dari rumah (KPM-DDR) ini bertujuan untuk guna menciptakan pemuda yang memiliki kemandirian dalam ekonomi, hal tersebut dapat diwujudkan melalui pemberdayaaan dalam mengembangkan usaha kripik tempe dan pelatihan pemasaran menggunakan media sosial. Potensi yang dimiliki dalam pengembangan kripik tempe diharapkan untuk mempermudah konsumen dalam melakukan pemesanan produk melalui media sosial, sehingga bisa meningkatkan nilai volume penjualan serta mampu bersaing di pasaran. Empowerment is an effort of a person or community group to improve and be independent so that they can actualize their potential. For humans who act as pioneers of change wherever they exist. Thus, it is necessary to improve the quality of life of human resources. The implementation of the online community service lecture from home (KPM-DDR) aims to create youth who have independence in the economy, this can be realized through empowerment in developing tempeh chips business and marketing training using social media. The potential possessed in developing tempeh chips is expected to make it easier for consumers to order products through social media, so that they can increase the value of sales volume and be able to compete in the market.

Abstract

The utilization of vacant land around the house is very important to maintain ecosystem quality and biodiversity. Plant cultivation is an effort to empower the community by optimizing the empty yard around the house. The method used is Asset Based Community Development (ABCD), where the community service program is drawn based on analysis, first appreciative findings, community mapping, social mapping, individual mapping, financial circulation and priority scale. Based on the analysis of community assets owned, the program implemented is cultivating sapodilla seeds to utilize the yard around the house. This activity consists of self-education and assistance in planting sapodilla seeds. Regular monitoring and assistance need to be done to get maximum results.

Abstract

Now, information technology is growing rapidly in all fields, including business. Information technology has many benefits, for instance, in marketing activities. Product marketing can utilize information technology such as social media (Instagram) and e-commerce (Shopee). By utilizing social media and e-commerce, the products marketed will be known to the wider community. Marketing is one of the keys to success in maintaining the running of the business and competing with manufacturers of similar products. Woven crafts in Gundik Village, Slahung, Ponorogo are small and medium-sized enterprises. Marketing of these woven craft products is still limited to the surrounding Ponorogo area and is marketed through shops and word of mouth. Therefore, the sales in this business are still small, and many people do not know about this woven craft product yet. Besides, there are many people around this business, for example, the youth community, who have a lot of free time. This community service aims to develop the marketing of the woven craft business and provide knowledge about online marketing media to the youth community so that their daily activities are more productive and they make good use of their free time. The method used in this service was the Asset-based Community Development (ABCD) approach by introducing Instagram social media and e-commerce as product marketing media. As a result, this community service, which focuses on introducing online marketing media to develop the woven craft business and youth community during the introduction process and after the introduction process, has a positive impact.

Abstract

Pondok Pesantren Al Munjiyah is a women's islamic boarding school located on Jl. Lawu No. 4 Gg. IV Durisawo, Nologaten, Ponorogo which has formal educational institutions MA YP KH Syamsuddin and MTs YP KH Syamsuddin Durisawo Ponorogo. Students of Al Munjiyah Islamic boarding schools regularly participate in various calligraphy competitions and got championships at both district and provincial levels. However, the achievements obtained are only as a point of pride and are not developed into a skill. In fact, with the potential expertise possessed by these students, they can develop it into a business. Businesses in this digital era must also keep up with the trends that exist in society, namely by using digital or internet-based marketing strategies. Departing from the potential and assets of students who have expertise in the field of calligraphy, creating a calligraphy community and making a digital marketing training to increase the creativity of these students is feasible. After the training was carried out, the enthusiasm of the students who had been gathered at the calligraphy business community forum was extraordinary, as well as they were enthusiastic about participating in the training from beginning to end. The monitoring results showed that the ability of the trainees increased. And of course, comprehensive monitoring and evaluation are needed on an ongoing basis in the future.

Abstract

Hidayah Sewing House (Rumah Jahit Hidayah) is a Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) which is a services industry. The location of SMEs is in Mojomanis Village, Kwadungan District, Ngawi Regency and has been running since 2012. Hidayah Sewing House continues to grow and experience significant additional consumers. So that it can help the family economy during the Covid-19 Pandemic. But besides that, these SMEs still have not implemented an important process in a business, namely the process of financial bookkeeping. Therefore, it is important to have training to implement the financial bookkeeping process. To be efficient and in line with technological developments, financial records can be made digitally through the BukuKas application. This training activity aims to make it easier for SMEs actors to record their financial statements. The method used is ABCD, to find out the assets owned by the community and optimize them into an empowered program. The results obtained are that the financial training activities carried out have succeeded in helping Sewing SMEs in Mojomanis Village to carry out the financial bookkeeping process for their business easily, effectively, and efficiently.

Abstract

Micro Small Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the most strategic national economic sectors and concern the lives of many people, so MSMEs can become the backbone of the national economy. Small and Medium Micro Enterprises (MSMEs) are also sectors that absorb the workforce and can improve community welfare. The existence of small and medium micro-businesses (MSMEs) in Joresan village itself is one of the supporting factors for the community's economy. This is because MSMEs are efforts that have never disappeared along with the development of the times. In this pandemic, the social restriction was proclaimed by the government to cut the Covid-19 distribution chain could cause a decrease in income for the MSMEs. By using the ABCD approach, the authors take steps that include inculturation, discovery, design, define, and reflection. Departing from the problem, the author was interested in taking the economic aspects as the DDR KPM program in Joresan Village. With the reinforcement of MSMEs through the manufacture of trademarks, product label repairs and help the production process for light shackles and help free marketing for products/services by collaborating with KPM DDR participants from Joresan Village and Karang Taruna Karsa Joresan Village. From the results of the implementation of the program, light snack products have increased in production. While in the implementation of an online marketing program, it has succeeded in introducing Joresan Village products/services.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to find alternative efforts in increasing the sales turnover of micro and small businesses in Wringinanom Village, Sambit District, Ponorogo Regency, which has many micro-businesses. This study uses the ABCD (Asset Based Community-Driven Development), which approaches the steps of inculturation, discovery, design, define, and reflection. Efforts are being made to optimize sales turnover through digital marketing by training on creating and maintaining accounts in Google Business and social media. The evaluation results show that digital marketing helps increase the sales turnover of micro-businesses in Wringianom Ponorogo.

Abstract

During the current pandemic, many people are unemployed, lack education, and lack knowledge about skills, so the purpose of this activity is training for the development of written batik marketing in Genilangit village. The actions we carry out can be helpful and also able to increase and foster enthusiasm for entrepreneurship for PKK mothers, especially young people, so that they are more enthusiastic about innovating and creating so that local people can live prosperously from their work. In addition to guiding the importance of innovation and entrepreneurship, we also conduct training on the digital world and ways to promote UMKM products to be well-known in the broader community. Within the Genilangit Village community, the marketing strategy still needs to be higher, so hand-written batik needs to be famous outside Genillangit Village. This service aims to help promote the market of Genilangit-written batik so that it is known in the wider community. Because in this day and age, social media is increasingly sophisticated, so it's easier to promote goods. As a good seller, you must sell in the right way so that consumers are satisfied with the products you sell, don't because selling online we ch by selling goods that don't match consumer orders because customers are the most important in buying and selling transactions.

Abstract

Woven bag crafts is one of the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) located in Nailan Village, Slahung District, Ponorogo Regency, and has been running for almost three years since 2019. Woven bag products are increasingly popular among the community. However, there are obstacles when doing marketing, namely not being able to reach outside the Ponorogo district; besides, this product still needs to have a label that can influence people's buying interest. Therefore, assistance is necessary for making labels and marketplace accounts so that product sales can be carried out widely. These activities for business owners take advantage of opportunities, potential, and technology to maximize business profits. The method used is ABCD, namely finding assets owned by the community and optimizing them. The results obtained from the mentoring activities have succeeded in helping woven bag business owners in Nailan village, Slahung sub-district, and Ponorogo district makes product labels and uses technology to increase sales.

Abstract

Broto Village is one of the villages in Slahung sub-district, Ponorogo district that has many village assets that have the potential to be developed, especially small snack food processing industries such as processed bananas, corn and family medicine (TOGA). The products of small industries that can be marketed today are sale of bananas, banana chips, corn marning, and various processed herbal medicine TOGA. However, it is very unfortunate that the sales of various processed snacks have not been maximized, due to the lack of marketing strategies both in terms of packaging and in terms of promotion. This is due to the lack of ability of Small and Medium Enterprize (UMKM) actors in terms of branding, packaging, and promotions both offline and online. Departing from the assets of the Small and Medium Enterprize (UMKM) actors who already have this small business, this management seminar and marketing strategy is feasible to carry out. In the implementation of the seminar, the enthusiasm of Small and Medium Enterprize (UMKM) actors was extraordinary. They participated in seminar activities from beginning to end. After the seminar, Small and Medium Enterprize (UMKM) actors also tried to apply the knowledge they had gained, by improving branding, packaging, starting to promote their products through social media and recording sales in the cash book. The results of the evaluation show the ability of Small and Medium Enterprize (UMKM) actors to increase. And, of course, a comprehensive evaluation and ongoing assistance will be needed in the future.
