This community service activity aims to strengthen the branding strategies of Bu Tri’s Banana Chips MSME in Rejosari Village, South Lampung, by introducing its business and products through both physical and digital media. The need for assistance was identified through an observation of promotional materials and interviews with the business owner. Based on these initial findings, the program focused on organizing location information on Google Maps, designing a banner, and producing a promotional video. As a result, the partner now has a location profile containing business details, a banner that presents the enterprise’s identity and products in a single display, and a video showcasing the products and business activities. These three outputs serve distinct yet complementary functions: facilitating location delivery, providing a visual marker for the business site, and offering audiovisual material for promotional communication. The activity demonstrates that branding assistance can begin by aligning identity and media with the communication needs of the partner. The documented outcomes are limited to the availability of promotional tools; sustained use by the owner and their impact on consumers still require further evaluation.
