This Field Work Practice (KKL) report discusses the implementation of a Quality Control (QC) system on production results at CV Bie Hin Tailor. The purpose of this activity was to determine the implementation of quality control, understand the use of the Acceptable Quality Limit (AQL) Sampling Plan method, analyze product quality based on inspection results, and identify product defects in suits and trousers. The methods used in this activity were observation and analysis of production data, Quality Control inspection results, rejected product data during the 2025–2026 period. Quality control was carried out using the AQL method based on the ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 standard through sample inspections to determine the acceptance or rejection of a production lot. The analysis results showed that during the January–June 2025 period, the percentage of good products was 83.4%, with a QC escape rate of 0.5%. During the July–December 2025 period, production quality improved, with the percentage of good products increasing to 95.5% and the QC escape rate decreasing to 0.4%. However, during the January–May 2026 period, the QC escape rate increased to 0.7%, even though the total production volume decreased. The implementation of AQL also showed that product defects were still found and required improvement. Overall, the Quality Control system at CV Bie Hin Tailor has been implemented and plays an important role in maintaining production quality. However, improvements in inspection accuracy, consistency, clearer implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and continuous evaluation are still needed to minimize product defects and improve production quality.
