<![CDATA[Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in supporting the local economy; however, many business owners still face challenges regarding legal compliance, the adoption of digital technology, and the strengthening of their business identity. This community service initiative aimed to enhance the readiness and competitiveness of MSMEs in Makroman Urban Village through tailored assistance addressing the specific needs of each business owner. The program was implemented through the identification of business owners, data collection and needs assessment, and direct mentoring. Twelve business owners received assistance covering legal compliance, transaction digitalization, business visibility, and the development of business identities and promotional materials. Outcomes included the acquisition of Business Identification Numbers (NIB) for four MSMEs, halal certification support for two MSMEs, QRIS implementation for seven MSMEs, Google Maps registration for one MSME, and the creation of logos, banners, and promotional posters tailored to specific business needs. Several business owners received multiple forms of assistance due to their diverse requirements. This needs-based approach resulted in varied forms of support that aligned with the specific circumstances of each MSME owner.]]>
