<![CDATA[This study aimed to analyze the influence of the Qur'anic tahfidz Program and learning motivation on students' learning outcomes at Pondok Pesantren tahfidzhul Qur'an Muallimin Muhammadiyah Sawah Dangka. The research employed a quantitative approach using an ex post facto design. The population consisted of 123 students, and all members of the population were selected as the sample through a total sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and documentation and were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The results revealed that the Qur'anic tahfidz Program had a positive and significant effect on students' learning outcomes, with a significance value of 0.005. Learning motivation also had a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes, with a significance value of 0.000. Simultaneously, the Qur'anic tahfidz Program and learning motivation significantly influenced students' learning outcomes, as indicated by an F-value of 29.800 and a significance level of 0.000. The coefficient of determination (R²) was 0.332, indicating that both independent variables explained 33.2% of the variance in students' learning outcomes. These findings confirm that successful learning in Islamic boarding schools is influenced not only by academic programs but also by the quality of the tahfidz program and students' learning motivation. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Program tahfidz Al-Qur'an dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar santri di Pondok Pesantren tahfidzhul Qur'an Muallimin Muhammadiyah Sawah Dangka. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode ex post facto. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 123 santri dan seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel melalui teknik total sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Program tahfidz Al-Qur'an berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar santri dengan nilai signifikansi 0,005. Motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000. Secara simultan Program tahfidz Al-Qur'an dan motivasi belajar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar dengan nilai F sebesar 29,800 dan signifikansi 0,000. Koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,332 menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel mampu menjelaskan 33,2% variasi hasil belajar santri. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan pembelajaran di pesantren tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh program akademik, tetapi juga oleh kualitas program tahfidz dan motivasi belajar santri.]]>
