<![CDATA[Systematic monitoring is needed to support sustainable environmental management of land cover changes in Cisolok District, Sukabumi Regency. This study aims to analyze the level of conformity between the results of Landsat 8 image interpretation and real conditions in the field, and to understand the ability to interpret land use objects in the Cisolok District, Sukabumi Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive-analytical method to classify land cover, and direct observation to test the level of image accuracy in Cisolok District, Sukabumi Regency using Landsat 8 imagery. The results of land classification in this study have an accuracy level of 89%. Land cover classes in the research area based on imagery include forests, plantations, settlements, open land, and waters. These findings support sustainable regional planning and natural resource management, and provide a scientific basis for disaster mitigation based on land cover monitoring.]]>
