This study aims to analyze differences in the delineation results of the Cisangkuy Micro-Watershed using two types of Digital Elevation Model (DEM) data: DEMNAS and SRTM. The Cisangkuy sub-watershed, located in the upstream area of the Citarum Watershed, was selected due to its vital role in providing raw water for the West Java region, particularly Bandung Regency. A Geographic Information System (GIS)-based approach was used to compare spatial parameters such as elevation, watershed area, slope, and shape ratio. The results show that DEMNAS, with its higher resolution, captures topographic variations in greater detail than SRTM, resulting in watershed boundary delineation that better aligns with the region's hydrological characteristics. Differences in area, slope, and shape ratio parameters indicate that the choice of DEM data significantly influences the results of the spatial analysis. This study concludes that DEMNAS is superior for micro-scale watershed modeling and can support more accurate and precise watershed management planning.
