<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the relationship between the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) in the welding laboratory and students' learning outcomes at SMK Negeri 10 in Semarang. The welding laboratory, as a practical training area, carries high work risks, making the application of OSH crucial to ensure safety, prevent accidents, and create a conducive learning environment. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach with data collected through observations, questionnaires, and documentation of student learning outcomes. The data collection technique consists of a Google Form-based questionnaire with 50 questions about workplace safety risks, the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and the laboratory environment conditions. The results show that risk identification scored 83%, likelihood analysis 84%, impact analysis 83%, and control measures 77%. These findings show that a good level of occupational safety and health (OSH) implementation has a positive impact on students' concentration, motivation, and safety during practice, which directly improves the quality of learning outcomes. This study recommends strengthening OSH protocols, providing regular training for students, and ensuring adequate safety facilities as strategic steps to boost academic achievement and vocational skills in welding.]]>
