<![CDATA[The modern manufacturing method revolves on making high-quality items using a machine tool. Several variables, such as the condition of the equipment utilized in the operation, make it impossible to distinguish between the two. An example of a machine that is utilized for both student practicums and production at the Bangka Belitung State Manufacturing Polytechnic is an ajax horizontal milling machine type 2a mark v, which is almost 30 years old. So, using the machining results on the workpiece to verify the machine's geometry is essential. Machines that don't follow the specifications in the handbook need to be tested to make sure they're geometrically correct. Using experimental data analysis, this research will compare the machine table measurements with the outcomes of the machining process to establish the machine's practicality. Spindle speed (RPM) with three levels (100, 110, and 120 RPM) and depth of feed (mm) with three levels (0.4, 0.6, and 0.8 mm) are some of the characteristics that are used. It was found that all of the workpieces had an unevenness variation ranging from 0.048 mm to a maximum of 0.169 mm. The level of flatness exceeds the table's tolerance of 0.03 mm. It is clear that the Ajax 2a Mark V horizontal milling machine is not up to snuff. It will be necessary to make changes going forward.]]>
