This study aims to analyze the influence of work flexibility, conflict management, and employee welfare on employee retention at the Level IV Hospital in Lahat, South Sumatra. A quantitative approach was employed, involving 116 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and documentation, then analyzed using SPSS version 26 software. The data analysis method utilized was multiple linear regression, accompanied by classical assumption tests—specifically normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests. The multiple regression analysis encompassed descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, the coefficient of determination test, the t-test, and the F-test. The results indicate that work flexibility, conflict management, and employee welfare collectively exert a significant influence on employee retention at the Level IV Hospital in Lahat. However, partial statistical testing revealed that only the variables of conflict management and employee welfare had a significant influence on employee retention.
