The research was conducted on private sector employees in Tangerang City through a survey method utilizing a Likert-scale questionnaire. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that salary, allowances, and bonuses have a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty, both partially and simultaneously. These findings imply that a fair and competitive compensation system plays a vital role in retaining the workforce. The results align with human resource management theories and support government policies on decent wages as regulated by Government Regulation No. 36 of 2021 on Wages and Banten Governor Regulation No. 561/Kep.293-Huk/2023 concerning the 2024 regional minimum wage.
