In the increasingly advanced digital era, the problem of low reading and writing skills of Arabic-Hijaiyah scripts among some students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah and the less than optimal use of technology in religious learning is still encountered today. The learning process is still dominated by conventional methods, causing students to easily feel bored and less motivated in learning. In addition, learning approaches that integrate Islamic values and environmental awareness have not been widely implemented in madrasah environments. This Community Service Program aims to improve students' reading and writing skills of Arabic-Hijaiyah scripts through digital-ecotheological-based mentoring. The implementation method is carried out through several stages, namely observing partner needs, preparing digital learning media, implementing mentoring, and evaluating activities. The learning media used are interactive videos, educational games, reading and writing exercises of Hijaiyah scripts, and the delivery of ecotheological values linked to Islamic teachings and environmental awareness. The implementation of the activity involved the Community Service team, teachers, and students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah as the main partners. The results of the activity showed an increase in students' abilities to recognize, read, and write Arabic-Hijaiyah scripts better. Students also demonstrated greater enthusiasm and motivation to learn during the mentoring process. Furthermore, teachers gained more innovative and interactive alternative learning media for use in teaching and learning activities. Thus, the digital-ecotheological Arabic-Hijaiyah literacy mentoring program can be an effective, engaging, and relevant learning solution to technological developments and the needs of Islamic education in Islamic elementary schools.
