Abstract

This article discusses the critical role of parents in forming the foundation for early childhood development through community service activities in the form of parenting webinars. The crucial phase of early childhood is the focus, where parents as leaders, mentors and supporters have the main responsibility. Although the process of educating children in this phase is not always smooth, attention to children's development in the family environment is very important. The article highlights the concept of parenting patterns and the impact of parenting errors, referring to the theories of Kohn and Baumrind. Parenting style is considered an important foundation for a child's character and well-being. Parenting webinars are presented as a response to modern challenges, using lecture, presentation, questionnaire and discussion methods. Despite technical challenges, webinars provide advantages in flexible access, interactivity, and durability of the material. The success of this webinar has made a positive contribution to the understanding of parents and early childhood educators regarding parenting mistakes. In conclusion, the role of parents in forming the foundation for early childhood development is the main focus, and parenting webinars are an effective means of achieving this goal. This service was held online by the Community Service and Development Institute (LPPM) STAI Al-Kifayah Riau, Early Childhood Islamic Education Study Program (PIAUD).

Abstract

Consumerist behavior that has become a habit of society has resulted in a tendency to reduce cultural development. There are still many people who do not realize the importance of having a view on financial management in their personal lives because of the assumption that personal financial planning is only for high-income people and financial planning is only carried out by an organization or company. The aim of carrying out community service for Al-Izhar IT Vocational School students in Pekanbaru is to participate in raising awareness among these students through the introduction of financial literacy, so that generation Z understands and recognizes financial literacy and personal financial planning to prepare for a better future as early as possible. The implementation method was designed and implemented using the PAR (Participatory Action Research) method, which involves researchers and participants in collaboration to encourage active participation, feedback, and joint knowledge creation. The results achieved were that students understood the concept of financial literacy, were able to avoid behavior that could influence generation Z's financial decisions, and had self-control in personal financial planning.

Abstract

This community service aims to foster Rasulloah's love for the community, especially those who are Muslim in the Tuah Madani district of Pekanbaru, Riau. The training program for Al-Barzanji was designed and implemented using the PAR (Participatory Action Research) method, which involves researchers and participants in collaboration to encourage active participation, feedback, and joint knowledge creation. One proof of the transformational power of this training is the fact that people recognize how the training has changed their understanding of the personality of the Prophet Muhammad. Abstract

The aim of the Gharibul Qur'an Reading Training at Al-Kifayah Riau Islamic Boarding School is to improve understanding and reading skills of the Qur'an, especially in various more complicated readings. The aim of this service is to give students a better understanding of the types of Gharibul Quran reading such as Tashil, Saktah, Imalah, Naql, Badal/Ibdal, and Isymam. To ensure good understanding, the training method involves discussions, practical approaches, and interactive sessions. Participants who took part in this training consisted of 35 students. The results of the service show that the level of student completion increased significantly after attending the training. In particular, the Naql reading type achieved the highest completeness, increasing from 55% to 95%. Other types of reading, such as Saktah, Imalah, and Badal/Ibdal, also experienced similar increases.

Abstract

The community service program at SDIT Tahfiz Al-Makki in Siak Hulu, Kampar Regency, focuses on the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum, with the primary objective of enhancing teachers' abilities in differentiated learning and the integration of Pancasila values in education. Amidst the current educational challenges that necessitate a more innovative and inclusive approach, this program bridges the gap between educational practices and real-world needs. The methods employed include presentations, discussions, and hands-on practices, actively involving teachers as participants. The main outcome of this program is the improved understanding and skills of teachers in applying differentiated learning, as well as the reinforcement of Pancasila values in the learning process. The program has successfully demonstrated increased interaction and a more harmonious relationship between teachers and students, along with the development of student character in line with the Pancasila Student Profile. In conclusion, this service program has achieved its goal of enhancing the quality of education at SDIT Tahfiz Al-Makki, equipping teachers with more effective and relevant learning methods for the current era. This initiative reflects the importance of adaptation and innovation in education to meet the demands of the times and prepare a highly competitive and morally upright future generation.

Abstract

This community service aims to provide an understanding of the role of mothers to their children regarding how to educate, set an example and accompany each stage of a child's development. Abstract

The objective of the Training on CP Analysis, Transforming CP into TP, TP into ATP, and Differentiated Learning at SDIT Babul Huda is to enhance teachers' understanding in designing lesson plans that align with the current curriculum, thereby making the classroom learning process more effective. Additionally, this training aids teachers in comprehending how to implement differentiated learning, which can offer flexibility and increase student engagement in their studies. This activity was attended by 24 teachers from SDIT Babul Huda Siak Hulu. The results of this community service activity indicate that the participants were able to analyze and compose CP, TP, ATP accurately, and they also gained an understanding of how to effectively and appropriately apply differentiated learning

Abstract

Halal certification is a process that is a necessity for meeting a wide market share, including benefits for entrepreneurs trading goods or services. On the consumer side, halal certification is proof of the seriousness of entrepreneurs in fulfilling the halal status of merchandise, whether in the form of goods or services. In the framework of the Tridharma of lecturers in the field of sharia finance in the Sharia Business Management study program, the author provides knowledge to Community Service regarding the halal certification process in the target area: Tuah Madani Village, Pekanbaru. This implementation is aimed at the household environment in the sub-district. The aim of this community service is to provide knowledge about the halal certification process and related understanding, which is fundamental according to the 2021 BPJPH regulations, including the type of business, size of the company, length of the process, and fees charged. After the presentation, the author carried out a direct evaluation of the participants by means of question and answer to test that the participants had understood the things presented as appropriate information to help the existence of sharia-compliant businesses

Abstract

Recently, we have been shocked again by the increasing phenomenon of bullying, both carried out in the community and in the school environment, where it seems that the perpetrators are enjoying their actions, as evidenced by the recording process which looks as if the conditions have been well planned. Without them Realize that bullying behavior can have short-term and long-term impacts, especially for victims of bullying. The most serious risk is if this bullying behavior happens to children, because they will be more at risk of experiencing various health problems, both physical and mental, such as anxiety, depression which may be difficult to forget until they grow up. What is even more worrying is that it is not uncommon for those who initially If you are a victim, one day you can become a perpetrator, so it has a chain effect that is difficult to break. This service aims to explore and present the implementation of information services regarding strategies for handling and preventing bullying at the Darul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School. This community service activity uses lecture, discussion and question and answer methods. The approach is carried out by looking for/exploring participants' problems and providing solutions. The activity started with a lecture on important things related to bullying, types of bullying, the impact and how to deal with it if bullying occurs around you, plus a video showing related to bullying education. Abstract

The aim of providing information services about bullying at the Nurush Sadri Mosque, Pekanbaru City is to increase public knowledge and understanding regarding bullying and understand strategies for preventing and handling bullying. The aim of this service is to provide the community with a proper and better understanding about bullying, forms of bullying, and the impact of bullying, as well as how to react to bullying behavior. There were 42 participants who took part in this activity. The results of the service showed that the participants' level of understanding increased significantly after participating in the activity. Specifically, regarding what is meant by bullying, how to avoid bullying, and how to behave towards bullies
