This community service program aims to empower Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Beka Village through comprehensive digital transformation. The rapid shift in consumer behavior towards digital platforms has created significant opportunities; however, MSMEs in Beka Village face major challenges, including low digital literacy, lack of product branding, and poor financial management. This program was conducted using a participatory approach, involving training, technical mentoring, and practical workshops focusing on digital literacy, marketplace optimization, simple branding, digital financial management, and the formation of a digital MSME community. The participants consisted of 30 MSME actors in the fields of food processing, crafts, and services. The results of the program indicate a significant improvement in participants' digital skills, with over 25 MSMEs successfully activating social media and marketplace accounts, producing more than 90 promotional contents, and adopting digital payment systems (QRIS/e-wallet). Furthermore, the average revenue of the participants increased by 20% within three months post-mentoring. This program contributes to building a sustainable, community-based digital business ecosystem in rural areas.
