Museums play an important role as spaces for education and cultural preservation; however, conventional collection displays often face challenges in attracting public interest, particularly among younger generations. The Mulawarman Museum houses the diorama of the Legend of Puteri Karang Melenu, which contains significant historical and cultural values but requires innovative approaches to enhance its presentation. This Community Service Student Creativity Program (PKM-PM) aimed to revitalize the diorama through the implementation of video mapping technology and improve the digital capacity of museum staff. The program involved cultural content development, technology implementation, community engagement, and evaluation through pre-test and post-test assessments. The results showed that the “Puteri Karang Melenu” video mapping successfully transformed the static diorama into an interactive and engaging cultural learning medium. Evaluation results indicated improved knowledge and skills among 26 museum staff members in utilizing digital exhibition technology. The performance received positive responses from hundreds of visitors across various educational backgrounds and gained public attention through local media and digital platforms. This innovation strengthens the role of the Mulawarman Museum as an adaptive, creative, and technology-based cultural education space.
