<![CDATA[The mental health of Generation Z has become a concern in education due to the rapid pace of social change and its complexity, particularly the acceleration of digital transformation, which influences the formation of identity and spirituality. Christian Religious Education (CRE) plays a strategic role in the holistic development of the individual through spiritual growth; however, its contribution to mental health needs to be strengthened through educational psychology and pastoral care. The integration of Christian Religious Education and pastoral care is necessary so that education works in synergy with the development of resilience and spiritual growth among Generation Z. This study aims to analyse the integration of Christian Religious Education and pastoral care for the mental health and spirituality of Generation Z based on the perspectives of Pauline theology and educational psychology. The study employs a qualitative method using a literature review approach. The results of the study indicate that Pauline theology serves as the theological foundation for the development of spirituality and mental health. Christian Religious Education, enriched by the perspective of educational psychology, provides a space for the development of mental health through the holistic development of identity and spirituality. The integration of Christian Religious Education and pastoral care results in a theopedagogical-pastoral approach that prioritises presence, empathy, and mental health literacy to holistically foster the mental health and spirituality of Generation Z. Abstrak:Kesehatan mental Generasi Z menjadi persoalan di pendidikan karena perkembangan dan kompleksitas perubahan sosial sangat percepatan perubahan digital yang memengaruhi pembentukan identitas serta spiritualitas. Pendidikan Agama Kristen (PAK) memiliki peran strategis dalam membentuk manusia secara holistik melalui pengembangan spiritual tetapi kontribusinya terhadap kesehatan mental perlu diperkuat melalui pendekatan psikologi pendidikan dan pendampingan pastoral. Integrasi PAK dan pastoral diperlukan agar pendidikan bersinergi dengan pembentukan resiliensi dan pertumbuhan spiritual generasi Z. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis integrasi PAK dan pastoral bagi kesehatan mental dan spiritualitas Generasi Z berdasarkan perspektif teologi Paulus dan psikologi pendidikan. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teologi Paulus sebagai fondasi teologis bagi pembentukan spiritualitas dan kesehatan mental. Pendidikan Agama Kristen yang diperkaya perspektif psikologi pendidikan menjadi ruang pembentukan kesehatan mental melalui pengembangan identitas dan spiritualitas secara holistik. Integrasi PAK dan pastoral menghasilkan pendekatan teopedagogis-pastoral yang menempatkan kehadiran, empati, dan juga literasi kesehatan mental untuk membentuk kesehatan mental dan spiritualitas Generasi Z secara holistik.
