This research investigates the use of local aggregate from Pamekasan in Cold Paving Hot Mix Asphalt (CPHMA) mixtures using Asbuton B50/30, aiming to improve the Marshall characteristics of AC-BC (Asphalt Concrete – Binder Course). The asphalt content used was 6.4%, with modifier variations ranging from 1.5%, 2%, 2.5%, 3%, 3.5%, 4%, 4.5%, to 5%. The Marshall test method was used to evaluate the samples, including VIM (%), VMA (%), VFB (%), Stability (kg), Flow (mm), and Marshall Quotient (kg/mm). Based on the test results, CPHMA AC-BC utilizing local materials and modifier variations met several criteria from the 2018 Bina Marga General Specifications (Revision 2) and Interim Special Specifications Section 6.3. All samples achieved a density value above 1.800 g/cm³. Stability values for modifier variations of 2%, 2.5%, 3%, 3.5%, 4%, 4.5%, and 5% exceeded 500 kg. Flow values for all variations were above 4.10 mm, and Marshall Quotient values were above 70.00 kg/mm. VMA values for all variations exceeded 16%.
