Abstract

AbstractThe mixing temperature has a role in the asphalt smelting process against aggregate, while the compaction temperature has a depth in the density level of the hot asphalt mixture. The better the mixing and compaction process, the better the mixing and compaction process, the better the performance of the asphalt mixture, the better the performance of the asphalt mixture, the better the paved mixture is planned according to the general specifications of Bina Marga 2010. The mixture of mixtures used is Concrete Wearing Course (ACWC). In this study aims to determine the effect of variations in mixing temperature and compaction on the mixture ACWC hot asphalt using broken stone Asem Jaran Distric Banyuates Sampang. Temperature variations used are 160/1460C, 170/1560C, 180/1660C ,  190/1760C  and  200/1860C  with asphalt content 5,2%, 5,7% dan 6,2%. The test uses the Marshall test method by looking for the charcteristic values of Marshall. Based on the results of testing in the laboratory, it was found an increase in the value of Marshall characteristics from variations in temperature 160/1460C to 170/1560C temperature variations and to decrease the test result of Marshall characteristics values at a temperature variation of 180/1660C ,  190/1760C and 200/1860C so that it was concluded that the use of mixing temperature and optimum compaction at a temperature variation of 170/1560C. Keywords: Temperature, Temperature Variation, Marshall Test, Asphalt concrete Wearing Course (ACWC).

Abstract

Road damage in Indonesia is generally caused by excessive loading. One type of hot asphalt that receives the load directly from the vehicle is AC-WC (Asphalt Concrete - Wearing Course), ACWC. to hot mix asphalt and to reduce production costs and asphalt layer strength. natural rubber asphalt mixture for road asphalt can increase asphalt pavement in terms of service life and resistance to grooves, asphalt has a better pavement level, is not easy to leave wheel tracks when asphalt is wet, and has higher durability than ordinary asphalt. This will determine the longevity of the pavement. Based on this explanation, the use of local materials is expected to reduce production costs and reduce the traffic load of the road network that has been passed to transport materials from outside the island of Madura. In this further research, we will study the comparison of the use of Natural Rubber Modified Asphalt and 60/70 penetration asphalt using Madura local aggregates against the AC-WC hot asphalt mixture, which is expected to produce hot asphalt mixtures made from local and natural materials so that they have strength. the good one. From the test results on all types of mixtures, the optimal mixture was obtained at 4.9% asphalt content with the highest stability value of 1040 kg with a VIM value of 4.43%, VMA 15.91%, VFB 72.12%, MQ 300Kg/mm, and the density value is 2.252 gr/cc.

Abstract

Abstract

The construction stage is a stage that needs attention so that the main goal of producing a quality project can be achieved. In the construction stage, project managers should consider the positive and negative aspects that will occur in the next stage, namely the operational stage. The contractor's profit will be obtained when it is appropriate to apply the construction method at the project site. Different construction methods must also differ in the needs of ny resources, waste generated, and almost certainly differ in the achievement of project objectives in terms of cost, quality, and time.In completing a project to achieve goals effectively and efficiently, a good management system is needed. To implement a good management system, various methods are needed according to the type of building completed. Management develops and directs methods to align resources and equipment use to achieve project objectives. Many factors affect the accuracy of equipment use and resource utilization including cost, time, and and social. To achieve the goal effectively and efficiently, construction management involves the stages of the standard method used in each building (house, building, etc.).
