<![CDATA[The patient registration process at RSUD Kota Prabumulih is still conducted manually, requiring patients to visit the hospital directly to obtain a queue number. This condition often causes long queues, increased waiting times, and less efficient healthcare services. This study aims to design and develop an Android-based Online queue registration application to facilitate patient registration and improve service efficiency. The research employed a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature studies. System development was carried out using the Waterfall method, which consists of requirements analysis, system design, coding, and testing. The application was developed using the Flutter framework, Dart programming language, and SQLite database. The results indicate that the application successfully provides user registration, login, Online queue registration, queue number information, and real-time queue monitoring features. Black Box Testing showed that all system functions operated according to the specified requirements. The implementation of the application helps reduce patient waiting times, minimizes congestion at registration counters, and improves the effectiveness and efficiency of healthcare services. Therefore, the Android-based Online queue registration application can support better patient service management and contribute to improving healthcare service quality at RSUD Kota Prabumulih.]]>
