Posyandu services are a form of community health effort that requires an accurate, fast, and structured data recording process. However, in many Posyandu, recording is still done manually, leading to problems such as data loss, delayed reporting, and difficulty monitoring the health development of toddlers and adolescents. This study aims to design an Android application for recording and tracking the history of integrated Posyandu activities to help cadres (kader) manage service data, including weighing, measurement, immunization, and other activity records. The application was designed using a system development method and equipped with data input features, digital storage, and automatic report generation. The results of this study are expected to improve the work efficiency of cadres, minimize recording errors, and support more accurate, integrated, and user-friendly community health monitoring at the Posyandu level.
