This study aimed to describe the implementation of moral guidance through exemplary behavior and habituation among students at TPQ Nur Jannah and to understand the process from a psychological perspective. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving the TPQ manager, teacher, students, and parents selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, while data credibility was strengthened through triangulation and member checking. The findings showed that moral guidance was implemented through exemplary behavior, habituation, advice, and reprimand, with habituation being the most dominant method. Students were accustomed to greeting, shaking hands with teachers, speaking politely, praying, respecting teachers, helping peers, maintaining cleanliness, and following activities in a disciplined manner. Some positive behaviors were gradually performed without constant teacher direction, and students began reminding one another. From a psychological perspective, these findings can be understood through modeling, repetition, and social interaction.
