The psychosocial well-being of students is a crucial component in supporting overall educational success. This study aims to describe the role of schools in supporting students' psychosocial well-being through a holistic approach. A qualitative method with a descriptive approach was employed to illustrate the various forms of school support for students' psychological and social development. The findings indicate that students' psychosocial well-being is influenced by a safe and supportive school environment, positive teacher-student relationships, the implementation of social-emotional learning, guidance and counseling services, the prevention of bullying and violence, parental and family involvement, and a positive school culture. A holistic approach views students as individuals with interconnected academic, social, emotional, psychological, and developmental needs. Therefore, schools need to establish an educational ecosystem that is inclusive, safe, collaborative, and responsive to students' needs.
