Coconut husk waste has economic potential when processed into cocopeat, yet community capacity for processing and marketing remains limited. This community service program aimed to empower the Sabilal Muhtadin Mosque youth through cocopeat production technology, business management, and digital marketing. The program used a participatory approach involving socialization, machine-operation training, production assistance, business management, and digital marketing training. Evaluation was conducted using a one-group pre-test–post-test design involving 50 participants. The average knowledge score increased from 55 to 90. Operational skills in cocopeat production improved from 50 to 90, business management from 60 to 88, and digital marketing from 55 to 85. The program also introduced cocopeat production machinery and Shopee-based product marketing. These findings indicate that the integration of appropriate technology, entrepreneurship training, and digital marketing can improve participants’ knowledge and skills while supporting the development of value-added coconut husk products.
