This study aims to determine the effect of push-up exercises and accuracy on underhand service skills in the volleyball game at the Student Activity Unit (UKM) of Volleyball at Universitas Pendidikan Muhammadiyah (UNIMUDA) Sorong. The study used a quasi-experimental method with a One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The research sample consisted of 20 student members of the UKM Volleyball UNIMUDA Sorong selected using purposive sampling technique. The instruments used included a push-up test to measure arm muscle strength, an accuracy test to measure targeting precision, and an underhand service test to measure underhand volleyball service skills. Data collection was conducted through initial tests (pre-test) and final tests (post-test) after the administration of a push-up training program and accuracy training for 16 sessions. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics including normality tests, homogeneity tests, and simple and multiple regression tests. The results showed that the data were normally distributed and homogeneous, thus meeting the requirements for hypothesis testing. The analysis results showed that push-up training had a significant effect on underhand service skills with a significance value of 0.021 (<0.05) and a t-count value of 2.587 > t-table 2.101. Accuracy also had a significant effect on underhand service skills with a significance value of 0.015 (<0.05) and a t-count value of 2.781 > t-table 2.101. Simultaneously, push-up training and accuracy had a significant effect on underhand service skills with a significance value of 0.003 (<0.05) and F-count of 7.842 > F-table 3.59. The contribution of both variables to underhand service skills was 48.2%. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that push-up exercises and accuracy have a positive and significant influence on improving underhand service skills in the volleyball game among students of UKM Volleyball UNIMUDA Sorong.
