This study aims to describe the implementation of the coconut shell stilt game in developing gross motor skills among children aged 5-6 years at TK Dasan Lendang and to identify the difficulties experienced by children during the activity. This study employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive research design. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving the principal, teachers, and children aged 5-6 years as data sources. The data were analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the coconut shell stilt game was implemented through several stages, including preparing the equipment and play environment, demonstrating how to use the stilts, practicing standing on the stilts, and walking using the stilts with teacher guidance. The activity provided opportunities for children to develop body balance, hand foot coordination, leg muscle strength, and movement control while walking. Children who initially experienced difficulties gradually became more stable and confident through teacher assistance, encouragement, and repeated practice. The difficulties encountered included balance, movement coordination, leg strength, courage and self-confidence, understanding of game rules, concentration, children's physical condition, and the condition of the play environment.
