Dental caries remains a significant oral health problem among school-aged children in Indonesia. National data show a high prevalence rate among children, necessitating various efforts to reduce the incidence of dental caries. This community service program aims to improve elementary school children’s knowledge of oral health, assess their oral health status, and design a plan to replicate similar activities in other areas of Malang Regency. A total of 96 students underwent dental examinations using an odontogram and received oral health education delivered via videos and flashcards, including a demonstration of proper toothbrushing techniques. A total of 96 students were examined, yielding a dmf-t score of 6.1 and a DMF-t score of 5.0. Educational videos and flashcards were presented. This program successfully provided education to 96 students in grades 1–6, followed by a group toothbrushing activity and dental screening of elementary school students as a foundation for follow-up programs aimed at reducing the incidence of caries and replicating similar activities in other areas. Recommendation: It is hoped that this activity can serve as a pilot project for similar initiatives in other areas of Malang Regency.
