This Community Service (PkM) activity, entitled “Education Through an Interactive E-Module on the Utilization of Onion Oil as a Hair Cosmetic Product for Community Empowerment,” aims to improve community knowledge, skills, and independence in utilizing onion oil as a natural hair cosmetic product. The activity addressed limited knowledge about onion oil and the suboptimal use of digital learning media in community empowerment. The program was conducted in collaboration with Jatinegara Kaum Urban Village at RPTRA Jaka Berseri, involving 20 PKK members aged 35–63 years, mostly housewives. Methods included observation, problem identification, solution formulation, interactive e-module and instructional video development, material delivery, demonstrations, hands-on practice, discussions, and pre-test and post-test evaluation. The interactive e-module provides a sustainable learning medium that participants can use independently. Lecturers and students implemented the Belajar Berdampak Program through science and technology application. Results showed increased knowledge and skills, with the average post-test score rising from 7.7 to 9.7. Additionally, 94% of participants were very satisfied. The activity supported economic empowerment, program achievement, and IKU 3 and IKU 5, and produced a replicable model for similar activities.
