Bojong Rangkas Tourism Village in Ciampea District, Bogor Regency, has diverse creative economic potential, ranging from plantation ecotourism and fisheries cultivation to home-based industries (IRT) producing processed food products and bags. However, its development is still constrained by limited access to promotional channels, conventional sales practices, the lack of efficient self-produced packaging and labeling, and inadequate business financial management. This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to accelerate digital transformation and production efficiency among MSMEs assisted by Bojong Rangkas Tourism Village. The program involved collaboration among academics, tourism village administrators, home-based industry partners, and local government agencies. The implementation methods included socialization, digital marketing and branding training, the application of appropriate technologies (sticker-cutting machines, chip-cutting machines, and continuous band sealers), the development of an official tourism village website, and assistance in preparing digital-based financial reports. The results of the program demonstrated an expanded marketing reach through e-commerce platforms and the village website, improved cost and time efficiency in packaging production, and enhanced partners’ ability to manage business finances separately from household finances. The program directly supports the achievement of SDG 8, SDG 9, and SDG 12, as well as Asta Cita points 3 and 6.
