This study aimed to design and develop an integrated web-based information system for managing demographic, socio-cultural, and health status data of the Suku Anak Dalam community in Rantau Keloyang Hamlet, Pelepat District, Bungo Regency. The study applied the Waterfall method through requirements analysis, system design, program coding, testing, and maintenance. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and literature review, then analyzed to determine the functional requirements of the system. The system was developed using web programming technologies and a relational database and was evaluated through black-box functional testing. The resulting system provides centralized management of community profiles, population statistics, socio-cultural information, education, health, settlement locations, and recap reports. The initial dataset contained 40 households and 240 residents, including 34 male-headed households and 6 female-headed households. All five functional testing scenarios produced the expected results. The system reduced information access time from several days of manual recapitulation to less than one minute when the required data were already stored in the system.
