Ibn Khaldun University Bogor is an educational institution that has various student activities in it, and requires access to information that can be integrated with each other. One of them is through extra-academic activities, namely through Student Organizations. So far, information about the Student Organization (ORMAWA) has been obtained from its administrators and members. Students who are interested in joining the Organization must come directly to get detailed information, the system that runs on the Student Organization at Ibn Khaldun University Bogor is the management of student organization information such as submitting activity proposals, accountability reporting, annual work programs, and the dissemination of activity information used for organizational activities has not been computerized which causes data to accumulate and the delivery of information is still has not been maximized.
