Betta fish exports have become one of the leading commodities that contribute to economic growth in West Java. This study aims to analyze the influence of betta fish exports on regional economic growth, using regression analysis methods and secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and the West Java Fisheries Service. The results of the study show that there is a significant positive relationship between the volume of betta fish exports and economic growth in West Java. The increase in betta fish exports contributes to the growth of the fisheries sector, job creation, and increased community income. In addition, this fisheries sector also has a positive impact on other sectors, such as trade and transportation, which also play a role in boosting the regional economy. Therefore, the further development of the fisheries sector, especially betta fish, through innovations in cultivation, product quality, and export market expansion, can be an effective strategy in increasing economic growth in West Java. This study concludes that the betta fish export sector has the potential to be an important pillar in regional economic development, and needs further support from the government and related stakeholders.
