The cultivation of pakcoy (Brassica rapa L.) in a vertical farming system is an alternative for overcoming limited land availability; however, limited growing media volume can potentially restrict nutrient availability, thereby affecting plant growth and yield. The application of manure and natural plant growth regulators (PGR) is an effort to improve plant growth and productivity. This study aimed to determine the growth and yield response of pakcoy to the application of manure and natural PGR in a vertical farming system. The study used a non-factorial Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with four treatments: P0 (control), P1 (pig manure + natural PGR from shallot extract), P2 (pig manure), and P3 (natural PGR from shallot extract), with four replications each. Parameters included plant height, number of leaves, leaf area, root length, and fresh weight. Data were analyzed using ANOVA and Tukey HSD at the 5% significance level. The results showed that P1 produced the best growth and yield compared with the other treatments.A maximum of 150 Indonesian words printed in italics with Calibri 9 point.
