This study aims to determine the effect of applying natural plant growth regulators (PGR) and different planting media on the growth of grape (Vitis vinifera L.) cuttings. The research was conducted using a factorial randomized block design (RBD) consisting of two factors: natural PGR (L0, L1, L2, and L3) and planting media (M0, M1, M2, and M3) with three replications. The parameters observed included shoot length, number of leaves, shoot diameter, time of shoot emergence, survival percentage, and root length. The data obtained were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) at a 5% significance level. The results showed that the application of natural PGR had a non-significant effect on growth parameters, except for the number of leaves in the early phase. Similarly, the planting media exerted a non-significant effect on the number of leaves and survival percentage, with the M1 media treatment showing the best results. The interaction between natural PGR and planting media showed no significant effect on all observed parameters. In general, the growth of grape cuttings was more influenced by the condition of the planting media than the application of natural PGR.
