Adversity Quotient (AQ) refers to an individual’s ability to face, overcome, and persevere through various difficulties during the learning process. Studies on AQ in education remain scattered across various contexts and have not yet been systematically mapped. This study aims to analyze the development of research on AQ in education during the 2018–2022 period, including trends, key findings, and directions for future research. The study employed a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, with articles identified through the Publish or Perish database. Of the approximately 50 articles found, 10 were selected based on relevance to the focus, year of publication, methodology, and language. The results indicate that AQ is significantly associated with learning motivation, creativity, problem-solving skills, self-regulation, and academic achievement. Research on AQ is dominated by quantitative approaches at the junior high and high school levels. Consequently, strengthening AQ in learning is crucial for enhancing learning resilience and the quality of learning outcomes in a sustainable manner.
