The establishment of a 25,234 m² warehousing complex in Liang Anggang Village, Tanah Laut Regency, creates complex socio-ecological dynamics alongside local economic opportunities. This study evaluates community expectations and environmental concerns during the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA/AMDAL) public consultation. Primary data were collected from 16 key representatives and analyzed through thematic frequency mapping and qualitative evaluation. Findings reveal a pronounced disparity: socio-economic demands accounted for 82.8% of total inputs, prioritizing a 70% local labor quota, flexible educational requirements, vocational training, and BUMDes partnerships. Conversely, environmental issues comprised only 17.2%, addressing hazardous waste, wastewater treatment, traffic, and noise. This low environmental concern reflects structural socio-economic vulnerability and technical literacy barriers rather than minimal ecological risks. Consequently, this study outlines collaborative multi-stakeholder governance, transparent recruitment mechanisms, grievance channels, and participatory environmental monitoring to ensure environmental justice.
