It is hoped that this can help business actors understand the dynamics of the local market in order to be able to compete. By understanding more deeply consumer preferences in choosing culinary products, we can develop production strategies that are more targeted at the products produced by MSME entrepreneurs.Thus, it is hoped that positive changes will occur towards sales success of MSME participants.
