<![CDATA[Abstract: This study aims to compare the concept of educational objectives in Proverbs 1:1-7 with the thoughts of Ki Hajar Dewantara, and to formulate their implications for higher education in Indonesia. Employing a qualitative approach with library research methods, primary data sources include Proverbs 1:1-7 and Ki Hajar Dewantara's works, while secondary data are derived from relevant theological and pedagogical literature. Data analysis was conducted using qualitative content analysis and comparative approaches. The findings reveal that Proverbs 1:1-7 emphasises "the fear of the Lord" as the foundation of education oriented toward forming wise, just, and honest individuals. Ki Hajar Dewantara's thoughts emphasise education that liberates humans through a balance of thought, feeling, physical development, and heart, rooted in the nation's cultural values. The convergence of both concepts lies in their holistic vision and rejection of educational reductionism, while their divergence lies in the source of authority and orientation of ultimate goals. The implications for Indonesian higher education include formulating a holistic graduate profile, strengthening character education, and developing contextual curricula that integrate spiritual values and local wisdom. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis secara komparatif konsep tujuan pendidikan dalam Amsal 1:1-7 dan pemikiran Ki Hajar Dewantara serta merumuskan implikasinya bagi pendidikan tinggi Teologi di Indonesia. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian kepustakaan, data primer bersumber dari Kitab Amsal 1:1-7 dan karya Ki Hajar Dewantara, sementara data sekunder berasal dari literatur teologis dan pedagogis yang relevan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode analisis isi kualitatif dan pendekatan komparatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Amsal 1:1-7 menekankan "takut akan Tuhan" sebagai fondasi pendidikan yang berorientasi pada pembentukan manusia berhikmat, adil, dan jujur. Pemikiran Ki Hajar Dewantara menekankan pendidikan yang memerdekakan manusia melalui keseimbangan olah pikir, rasa, raga, dan hati serta berakar pada nilai budaya bangsa. Titik temu kedua konsep terletak pada visi holistik dan penolakan terhadap reduksionisme pendidikan Teoligi di Inonesia, sementara perbedaannya terletak pada sumber otoritas dan orientasi tujuan akhir. Implikasi bagi pendidikan tinggi Teologi di Indonesia meliputi perumusan profil lulusan utuh, penguatan pendidikan karakter, dan pengembangan kurikulum kontekstual yang mengintegrasikan nilai spiritual dan kearifan lokal.]]>
