The Main Distribution Network (MDN) is an important component of the Drinking Water Supply System because it conveys water from the reservoir to the service area. This study aimed to identify the existing condition of the Randangan MDN in the service area of Perumda Pohuwato, identify the network components and service areas, and evaluate the network condition based on the available technical data. A case study with a qualitative descriptive approach was used. Data were obtained through document review, discussions with the field supervisor, and literature review. The results show that the Randangan MDN uses a pumping distribution system with a 100 m³ reservoir at an elevation of 8 m as the starting point of distribution. The network uses HDPE pipes with diameters of 150, 100, 75, and 50 mm, with a total length of 30,043.82 m. The operating Water Treatment Plant (WTP) capacity is 25 L/s or 2,160 m³/day, while the 5 L/s unit is not operating. The network serves 10 villages with 1,215 house connections and is equipped with five reducers. Detailed hydraulic evaluation could not be conducted because field measurements of pressure, flow, velocity, and headloss were not available.
