This research discusses the Creation Process of Prophet Adam a.s. and Prophet Isa a.s. in the Qur'an, examining two main issues: the creation process of Prophet Adam a.s. and Prophet Isa a.s. as described in the Qur'an, and the semiotic meaning of the creation of Prophet Adam a.s. and Prophet Isa a.s. as described in the Qur'an. This research is a descriptive study that describes the creation process of Prophet Adam a.s. and Prophet Isa a.s. in the Qur'an using a semiotic-linguistic approach from Ferdinand de Saussure's perspective, employing the method of signifier and signified. Data collection techniques include literature review, relevant literature, and various references. The results of this study show that the creation of Prophet Adam a.s. and Prophet Isa a.s. is unique. Prophet Adam a.s. was created without the intermediary of a father and mother; he was created from clay shaped perfectly, then a soul was breathed into him by Allah SWT, making him a living human. As for Prophet Isa a.s., he was created by Allah SWT without a father, through the intermediary of the angel Gabriel, who blew a soul into Mary's womb, and she conceived and then gave birth to Isa a.s. In semiotic analysis, the signifier and signified related to the creation process of these two Prophets in the Qur'an, such as turābin meaning clay, al-insana meaning human, gulāman zakiyyan meaning a pure boy, kun fayakun meaning be, and it is.
