This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the Jigsaw learning model in improving students' ability to analyze linguistic elements in procedural texts among seventh-grade students at SMP Negeri 1 Ciamis. Using the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method in two cycles, this study includes planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data collection was conducted through tests, observations, and interviews. The Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) approach was applied by considering students' cultural backgrounds in the learning process. Students were encouraged to explore procedural texts based on local culture, such as traditional food-making or cultural practices. The results of the study indicate an increase in students' engagement, collaboration, and understanding of linguistic elements in procedural texts. By the second cycle, more students achieved the Learning Objectives Achievement Criteria (KKTP). Thus, the Jigsaw model not only enhances academic skills but also establishes a connection between learning and students' cultural experiences, making it more meaningful and contextual.
