This study aims to examine the implementation of the E-Catalog system in facilities and infrastructure management at SMK Negeri 1 Sangatta Utara, identify the supporting and inhibiting factors, and determine the solutions used to overcome existing challenges. This research employed a qualitative approach with a field research design. The informants consisted of the principal, vice principal for facilities and infrastructure, E-Catalog operator, BLUD treasurer, and administrative staff. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using descriptive qualitative techniques, including data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was ensured through triangulation techniques. The findings indicate that the implementation of the E-Catalog has been carried out systematically in accordance with the POAC management functions (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling). The system is utilized in procurement, distribution, inventory management, maintenance, and disposal of facilities and infrastructure. Supporting factors include government policy support, BLUD status, a transparent digital system, administrative efficiency, and integration with the Teaching Factory program. Inhibiting factors include limited human resource competencies, technical system constraints, limited availability of items in the E-Catalog, and administrative and distribution barriers. To address these challenges, the school conducts human resource training, coordinates with relevant external parties, maintains communication with suppliers, and utilizes alternative systems such as SIPlah. The study recommends strengthening human resource competencies and improving digital systems to enhance the effectiveness, transparency, and accountability of school facilities and infrastructure management
