Abstract

Student management is an important aspect of education because it involves the comprehensive management of students to support the achievement of educational goals. This study aims to examine student management as a strategy for developing students’ character, spirituality, and academic achievement. The discussion indicates that student management is not limited to administrative activities but also includes educational services, character development, strengthening spiritual values, and support for students’ academic development. Effective and efficient student management can create an educational environment that supports students’ optimal development. Furthermore, the success of student management requires cooperation and active involvement among schools, teachers, and parents. The implication of this study is that educational institutions need to develop an integrated student management system that gives balanced attention to both academic and non-academic aspects. Student services, character and spiritual development, as well as coordination among schools, teachers, and parents, should be strengthened continuously to support the development of students who demonstrate good character and academic achievement. Therefore, student management can serve as an important strategy for improving the quality of educational processes and outcomes
