Digital transformation presents both opportunities and challenges for Islamic education management, particularly in maintaining a balance between technological utilization, effective governance, and the strengthening of Islamic values. This study aims to analyze patterns of integrating Qur’anic values into Islamic education management functions in responding to digital transformation in madrasahs. The study employs a qualitative approach using library research. Data sources include relevant Qur’anic verses concerning management principles and academic literature on Islamic education management, digital transformation, leadership, and learning innovation. Data were collected through systematic identification, selection, categorization, and extraction of information from relevant sources and analyzed using content analysis and thematic synthesis. The findings identify four main patterns: (1) the integration of Qur’anic values into the functions of planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling; (2) the strengthening of transformative leadership and data-driven governance; (3) the development of technology-adaptive curricula grounded in Islamic values; and (4) the ethical, collaborative, and character-oriented use of digital technology. This study contributes a conceptual framework for Islamic education management that connects the POAC functions, Qur’anic values, and digital transformation. The findings imply that digital transformation in madrasahs should not be viewed merely as technology adoption, but as a broader process involving governance, values, leadership, and organizational culture
