<![CDATA[Most of students have some problems to completing their studies on time. Based on the data in Biology Departement of FMIPA UNNES, the average of students from 2012 to 2014 who graduated on time only 20.55 persen. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of internal and external factors on the thesis completion and analyze the dominant variables. The research design is quantitative methods with expost facto research strategies. The sample of respondents consisted of student of the Biology Departement of academic year 2012, 2013, and 2014. The sampling technique using simple random sampling technique. The data was taken using a questionnaire instrument and analyzed using simple linear regression method by SPSS. The result showed that the internal and external factor have a significant influence values of the thesis completion. This study showed that motivation to graduate on time had the most significant contribution on thesis completion (18,9 percent).]]>
