The development of information technology encourages the need for efficient administrative systems. At Abilabim Network, the WiFi dues management process was still conducted manually using physical notebooks, which led to high risks of human error, slow billing processes, and difficulties in generating financial reports . This research aims to design and develop a web-based WiFi dues management application to overcome these administrative issues . The system development method used is the Waterfall model, comprising requirement analysis, system design using Unified Modeling Language (UML), implementation, and testing . The application was built using the PHP programming language, Laravel framework, and MySQL database . The result of this research is a web-based application capable of managing customer data, recording payment transactions in real-time, and automatically generating monthly financial reports . The system also implements role-based access control for Admins and Collectors to ensure data security and orderly administration . System testing using White Box and Black Box methods showed that all logic paths and functionalities run validly and according to user requirements . In conclusion, the implementation of this system significantly improves the efficiency and accuracy of WiFi dues administration at Abilabim Network.
