Abstract

Factory Segi Tiga is a company engaged in the industry that is producing soy sauce, in carrying out its production it is closely related to row materials which are important components that must be available in the production prosess, the row material used is soybeans. This study aims to determine the control of soybean row material supplies at the factory Segi Tiga use EOQ method. From the results of calculations that have been done now apply in the company by EOQ method in controlling row materials, it can be concluded that using the EOQ method results more efficiently this can be seen by the number of purchases averaging 6087,5 kilograms in one number of orders 8 times a year and inventory costs amounting to Rp 4.889.494,- in one order, whereas if you use the EOQ method the number of orders in one message is 18.768 kilograms whit the number of orders 3 times a year whit the amount of expenses incurred is Rp 2.870.776,6 in one order. To anticipate things you don’t want related to row material inventories. The EOQ method advises the factory to provide safety supplies of 4963,4 kilograms and order row materials again when the row material is 487 kilograms, with this EOQ method can avoid the delay in the supply of raw materials because the supply of raw materials can be sure to be constant and compatible with the lead time, then to reach the factory research allowance you should use the EOQ method.

Abstract

The SEGI TIGA soy sauce factory is a factory engaged in the industry that produces soy sauce. In carrying out its production, it is very important to produce production. Labor is a major factor or driving force in producing and improving the quality of the workforce. The workforce will be more productive if the factors that increase productivity Labor support. The process of this research is preceded by the process of interviewing, observation, documentation followed by data collection where data collection uses the method of distributing questionnaires. From the results of processing questionnaire data, the factors that influence labor productivity on production yields, the most dominant factor influencing labor productivity in the triangular soy sauce factory is in terms of raw materials because when raw materials are available or easily obtained, work productivity will not disrupted or good, and market demand in the triangle ketchup factory using the Make To Order system (MTO) so the factory produces according to market demand.

Abstract

Optimal raw material inventory is an important factor in the process of smooth production of a company. This raw material can be controlled by certain method, one of mhich is the EOQ method which has a higher accuracy rate than conventional methods. PT. Sinjaraga Santika Sport is a company engaged in the ball manufacturing industry, with its main orientation is making soccer balls. Where the main raw materials are fabrics, threads, inner tubes, glue, and several other additional raw materials such as nipples, nets and ink. This study aims to analyze the frequency of purchases and the purchase amount of synthetic leather optimal raw materials, time for ordering raw material (reorder point), safet reserve raw material (safet stock), maximum inventory and the comparison between total inventory costs company policies using the EOQ method in the company.The result of this study were obtained from the optimal purchase of synthetic leather raw materials according to the calculatuin of the EOQ method is 8557,9 meters with the number of purchases as much as 3 times in total and the total cost of supply is Rp 5.987.400, while the number of companies 12 times in the amount according to the number of purchases as expected 2313,3 meters and the total cost of supplies is Rp 11.908.267, then it can be concluded thet using the EOQ method produces more efficiency because there are cost saving of Rp 5.920.867.To anticipate underirable matters related to syntehtic leather raw materials supplies, the EOQ method provides advice to provide the safety stock of 118,7 meters, while for the maximum point the supply may not exceed 8698,6 meters. And reorder when raw material supllies are at the level of 919 meters.

Abstract

PT Sinjaraga Santika Sport is an internasional phased sporting goods manufacturer in the loading of the ball industry with 60 wmployees, the researcher aims to analyze job satisfaction with work facilities in the company and the influence felt by workers when they do not feel by job satisfaction. The method used this study is SPSS 21 which processes data from the result of a questionnaire with a sample of all employees totaling 60 employees. Analysis of the data used in this study is a test of validity and reliability. The result of the study show that the validity test is declared valid because the rcount is greater thanrtable. Reliability tests show reliability because cronbach alpha is greater than 0.60. From the result of respondent’s answer in job satisfaction categorized as high namely 1,497 work facilities are categorized as high, namely 1,235 and increasing production is categorized as high, namely 909.

Abstract

PT. XYZ Majalengka is a textile company that operates the demand for fabrics in its production process, the company thinks that quality human resources are important and needed, which is the reason why they implement occupational health and safety procedures with research that is preceded by interviews and documentary studies followed by data collection where data collection is carried out by taking several lists of the application of occupational safety and health, research shows there are several applications and proposals for the application of occupational safety and health including the application contained in PT. XYZ in the form of fire extinguisher, safety and health signs work and first aid box for workplace accidents. for proposals for the application of occupational safety and health itself in the form of signposts, namely: ear protection signs, use gloves, make sure the arrangement of items is neat, use masks, are prohibited from using cellphones and signs do not run around.

Abstract

The acceptance of new student is one of processes within educational institutions like school which is used to select candidate according to stated criteria by related school. Generally, the process of acceptance of new student began with registration, selection, and announcement steps of new student. This research was taken place at SMPN 1 Kasokandel which during the time has practiced the acceptance of new student manually or computerized but used Microsoft Office Excel only. It caused lack data, mistake within measurement because of manually mark measurement. Fundamental problem of this research is how to install information system for acceptance of new student at SMPN 1 Kasokandel that make information representation accurately and efficiently. therefore the author intends to create a new application-based student admission information system using the java programming language and MySQL database.

Abstract

Regional levies are one of the important sources of Regional Original Income (PAD) because each year contributes significantly to local revenue. However, management of levies in the regions is still not optimal and effective due to a lack of understanding of the importance of better management of retribution funds and security factors in management because it involves regional income. Given the importance and danger of managing a large number of retribution funds, the Information System for receiving natural stone Retribution from Salawangi Village, Bantarujeg District, Majalengka Regency was formed. This system was formed with the intention of facilitating the relevant employee to enter data.

Abstract

E-travel is a way to book a trip or tarvel through electonic media. This application uses the PHP programming language, in this application also uses the RUP method in which there are four stages starting inception, elaboration, construction and the last there is a transition while doing this research also researchers conducted data retriveal which uses interviews and literatur studies. The result of the research succeeded in accordance with the expectaions and objectives of the study were to facilitate travel.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, the rapid development of science and technology makes us in activities, the technology needed to achieve better results more efficiently, internet technology can be used to facilitate and facilitate information sources in the health sector. Utilization and use of the development of current computer technology in science, which consists of various branches of science, one of which is in the branch of Psychology. Psychology about the importance of knowledge about humans, seeing this can be seen knowledge about science is very broad and does not discuss about the use of technology involved in it. In the process of collecting data from this study using two methods of library methods. The system built is a web-based psychiatric expert diagnosis system using a mental state examination method. This system has the function to activate psychiatric illnesses, so that the existing system can be more easily and effectively.

Abstract

Association of seed Breeders & Entrepreneurs (hppb) in bloom, farm facilities are business entities engaged in the sale of all plant seeds. This e-commerce application development refers to a manual system that is currently running. manual system that runs at this time based on consumers who come directly to the seller's place, in addition, the blooming of farm facilities has constraints ranging from the promotion process, transactions, to making sales reports that are still manual so that the sales process has not been well detailed, in the process of building e - This commerce uses data analysis techniques using the waterfall software development method, for the system data flow method using a structured method that uses DFD (Data Flow Diagram) to draw functional models and ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram) to draw data models, software development the system is java with a MySQL 5.0 database server. Based on the results of tests conducted by testing the alpha system using the black box and betha methods with questionnaires given to a number of respondents obtained the results that the overall system is running as expected.
