<![CDATA[The management and updating of Land and Building Tax (PBB-P2) data at the Regional Revenue Agency (BAPENDA) of Majalengka Regency are still largely conducted manually, leading to issues such as data redundancy, input errors, and delays in data processing. Although previous studies have explored the digitization of tax data systems, many lack integrated verification features and real-time data management. This study aims to design and develop a web-based data collection application to support the digital administration of PBB-P2. The proposed system integrates data input, verification, and management processes within a single platform to improve data accuracy and operational efficiency. The system was developed using the Waterfall model, which includes requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Data were collected through interviews with BAPENDA staff and direct field observations. The application was built using PHP, MySQL, Bootstrap, and Apache. System testing was conducted using the Black Box Testing method across five main modules: login, SPPT data search, data collection form, data verification, and user management. The results show that all system functions operate as expected. The system is expected to enhance efficiency, reduce data duplication, and support more accurate and timely tax data management.]]>
