The registration and queue management process at the Department of Population and Civil Registration (Disdukcapil) of Majalengka Regency is still conducted conventionally, resulting in long waiting times and inefficient public services. This study aims to develop an online registration system integrated with a digital queue number to improve the efficiency of population administration services. The system was developed using the Waterfall software development model through the stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and literature study. System evaluation was conducted using White Box Testing and Black Box Testing, showing that all functional features operated according to the specified requirements. The developed system enables online service registration, automatic digital queue generation, real-time queue monitoring, and integrated service management for administrators. The implementation of the system improves service efficiency, reduces queue congestion, increases transparency, and supports the implementation of e-government in population administration services at Disdukcapil Kabupaten Majalengka.
